Terms of Service

Welcome to Brushworks Statue Restoration and Repair. By accessing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Our mission is to provide high-quality statue restoration services. All services will be rendered with attention to detail and professionalism. Clients must provide accurate information regarding their art pieces and ensure that items delivered for restoration are the property of the client or have the necessary permissions for restoration.

We restore statues, figurines, keepsakes and many kinds of collectibles.   Our work is primarily on items made of plaster, resin, fiberglass, wood, cement, concrete or metal. Please talk to us about your project if it's made of something else.  The purchaser of our repair or restoration services acknowledges and agrees that by their nature, broken fragile or aged statues, figurines or sculptures can be frail or distorted and that broken pieces may not fit seamlessly back together.  The artists warrant best efforts to restore the item(s) as close as possible to their original state (or modified coloration if so requested), but cannot guarantee that repairs/restoration will be invisible when completed.    The purchaser accepts these limitations and agrees that the total liability for partial success, failure or damages of any kind are absolutely limited to refund of the total paid price as noted in the written agreement. The artists warrant their workmanship and materials for a period of one year for indoor statuary or sculptures, excluding items which have been mishandled, misused, or subject to conditions which may cause damage of any kind.  This includes, but is not limited to, accidental damage, exposure to water, moisture, direct sunlight which could cause pigments to fade over time, or damage caused by improper cleaning. Because it is out of our control, we are not liable for loss of, or damage to items during shipping to us or back to the customer after completion.  We use paid professional packagers to properly pack and secure all items which are being shipped.  We use national courier services or Canada post, unless you request otherwise.  We will include extra insurance on any items valued greater than $400 upon request from the customer.  This insurance premium will be charged to the customer at cost.

**Liability**: While we take every precaution to preserve your items, Brushworks Statue Restoration and Repair shall not be held liable for damages related to conditions beyond our control.
**Privacy Policy**: We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. It will never be sold or shared with third parties without your consent.

If you have questions, please ask us before accepting our written estimates and agreements.  We'd be glad to answer your questions to see if we can meet your needs.

Steve and Pauline did a wonderful job restoring my statue. There are no signs of the "nibbles" our puppy took from this piece. :) Wonderful people to deal with and exceptional quality. Thank you again. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to bring any statue, big or small, back to life.

Pauline and her team did an amazing restoration of the statue of St. Philomena which literally arrived from Italy in thousand pieces.   St. Philomena is now well positioned in St. Anne church for St. Clement Parish.    Thank you so much!
